These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rupex mobile app and this website (together, "Rupex", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Rupex, you agree to these Terms.
Rupex is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to track expenses, budgets, savings goals and loans/EMIs, and to receive AI-generated guidance about your own spending. You agree to use Rupex only for this purpose and not to misuse the service.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Google — either way, the accuracy of the information you provide is your responsibility.
Rupex stores the data you enter in a secure, encrypted database operated by us, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time from Profile → Privacy & Data.
You agree not to: use Rupex for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the service; or reverse-engineer the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using Rupex and permanently erase your data at any time from Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Rupex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rupex and its operator are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information from the app.
We may update these Terms as Rupex evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of Rupex after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
